        place this disk in drive b and the source disk in drive A
        from drive A  (A>) type
        A>B:Pkxarc x B:POPTXT21.ARC

You now have a working disk. You may freely distribute the
arcived file with this Read.me file so long as it is not
modified, and that no fee is charged for its distribution
(permission granted to "Users groups" and "Shareware
distributers" to charge a fee not to exceed $5.00 to cover costs
of copying and cost of materials (disks).
