Thank you for trying this disk.  We hope that it will be helpful 
to you in corresponding with your federal and state officials.  
Or, you can use it as a reference. It has been specifically 
made for users of PCWrite.   

We have prepared lists of United States Senators, Members of the 
U. S. House of Repesentatives, California State Senators and 
Members of the California House.  Each list has been set up to 
take advantage of the PCWrite mail merge system so all you have 
to do is add a few lines to the prepared templates and away you 
go.  

Also included are extensive lists of federal and state officials, 
state governors and the mayors of the major California cities.  
We have tried to include the phone numbers and addresses on as 
many as possible.  Also, we have contacted our State and Federal 
representatives to make sure the postions are as up-to-date as 
possible.

A description of programs follows:   (U. S.)

1.  READ.ME--This disk.

2.  SENATORS.---  The names and addresses of the United States 
Senators set up for the PCWrite mail-merge system.

3. USSEN.-- The template (coded sample letter) to be used with 
the "SENATORS" list.  You, of course, don't have to use this but 
it is offered in case some have problems with the PCWrite mail-
merge system.

4.  SENPHONE.---An alphabetical list of the United States 
Senators with their party affiliations and phone numbers.

5.  REPRS.---The names and addresses of the members of the U. S. 
House of Representatives.  Also set up for the PCWrite mail-
merge.

6.  REPS.---Template for U. S. Representatives.

7.  REPPHONE.---A list of U. S. Representatives by State with 
party affiliations and phone numbers.

8.  CABINET.---Names and Addresses for The President, Vice  
President, Cabinet and other high executive offices.

9.  EXECTIV.---Phones numbers for the President, Vice President 
and other high executives officials.

10.  SUPREME.--Names, addresses and phone numbers for the members 
of the U. S. Supreme Court.

file list of representatives (STREPS.)

6.  STATEREP.---Phone numbers of State Representatives including 
party affiliations.

7.  GOVOFFIC.---Names, addresses, party, phone numbers for the 
elected officials of the State of California.

8.  STATEBOARD.---Names and addresses for the various California 
state boards and the director of each.

9.  COMMISS.---Phone numbers for the director of the various 
boards and commissions for the State of California.

10.  CALDEPT---Names, addresses and phone numbers for the various 
California departments and department heads.

11.  CALIFCOU---Names, addresses and phone numbers for members of 
the California Supreme Court.

12.  MAYORS.--A list of the mayors or city managers for 
California's major cities.
