PC-FOOD calculates the food cost of each item on a restaurant's menu    
automatically while any ingredient cost changes.  Maintain a real profit
when you know what it REALLY costs.                                     
                                                                        
After describing the way inventory ingredients are purchased and used,  
the user "builds" each batch recipe simply and quickly from the         
ingredient list.  A batch recipe could be cookies with up to 14 recipe  
ingredients costed out.  Up to 12 recipes can be included on a menu and 
one such menu item might be the "noon special" that includes a sandwich,
soup and a cookie.  How do you price it and make a fair profit?         
                                                                        
If you know the costs of the ingredients (check your invoices), create  
your batch recipes and assign them to menu items.  PC-FOOD maintains    
food cost, food cost %, gross profit and required selling price based on
a desired gross profit, for each menu item.  At the touch of a key, all
