To run the initialize program, get to the DOS system, place the
      program disk in drive A, and type PRO <enter>. Then choose the
      BEGIN program option.  The initialize program choices are:

      SCREEN COLOR SELECTIONS:  Use this section to choose screen colors.

      PRINT MANUAL / TUTORIAL: Use these sections to print the manual
      or the tutorial to the printer. Be certain that the printer is
      ready. You may also use your word processor to view or print any
      .TXT files on the utility disk.

      PROGRESS REPORT COMMENTS: Use this word processor to enter and
      save up to 14 comment lines that will print on all progress reports.

      VIEW MANUAL ON SCREEN:  Use this to view the manual on the screen.

      GRADE WEIGHTING OPTIONS:  Use this section to use WEIGHTED grades
      and to specify the percent that each category will count. Details
      about weighted and unweighted grades are found in the printed manual.
