 PIVOT! is distributed as evaluation software which means that you
 can make copies for evaluation purposes but that if you use the software
 we expect you to register. (You can use the ORDER.ME file on this disk)

 Registered members receive the latest version of the program, a Printed
 bound manual, Font Files, Technical support and Update Notices.

 Registration costs $15.00 (U.S.) plus $5.00 for S&H.  International orders,

 o  PIVOT! allows you to print your AS-EASY-AS worksheets in either portrait 
    or landscape orientation and in the font of your choice. (Two intenral 
    fonts currently available).\ 

 o  The GCHAR (Graphics CHARacters) program, distributed as part of this 
    package, is used to develop your own fonts, which can be accesed by the 
    PIVOT! program.  All in all, the two programs form a powerful 
    combination which is an invaluable companion to AS-EASY-AS and other
    compatible spreadsheets.

    For instructions on how to use PIVOT! and GCHAR, print the file 
    MANUAL.DOC provided on this diskette.

    The only command line switches that you might want to use with the pivot 
    program are shown below:


         PIVOT /E    -  Starts the program assuming an EGA monitor/video 
                        card combination.

         PIVOT /Q    -  Used with a CGA monitor to speed up the display 
                        updating (it might result in flickering on some 
                        monitors).

         PIVOT /P    -  Start the program with panel, rather than pull-down
                        menus.

    Before you run the program, you should use the SETUP.BAT file, on this 
    diskette to make a working disk or a working directory on your hard 
    disk.

    If you use the program, don't forget to register by using the ORDER.ME 
    file, on this disk or the ORDER form at the end of the user's manual 
    (MANUAL.DOC file).
