Program Description:

The lottery by its nature, is very unpredictable, but the "Lotto Buster" uses
some advanced techniques to uncover the biases that are built-in to any
lottery number selection process.  In short it gives the game player a leg up
over the random selection method.

Most players believe that the lottery selection process is totally unbiased.
But, research by DSF Associates, has shown this conclusion to be false.
Here, in Oregon, the ratio of occurrence of some lottery numbers to others is
5 to 1.  This is far from the results that would be expected in a totally
unbiased system.

The program stores 104 winning lottery draws in a data file and uses this
information to predict the outcome of the next lottery draw.  There are four
system sizes on the registered disk (system 12, 14, 16, 18) and one on the
unregistered disk (system 12).

The only other information that is necessary for this program to operate
properly is the lottery history from the state lottery office.
