AUTHORS' CAVEAT


  There's little more that you need to know about the SPPC system 
at this point.  These instructions should enable you to  use  the
SPPC   with   little  difficulty.   However,  help  is  available
precisely where you need it. 

  In concluding these instructions for the use of  the  SPPC,  we
would  like  to  acknowledge,  with  you,  that the system is not 
complete.  There is much more to be added.  However, we hope  you
will  find  the available statistical procedures to be useful and
easy to use. 

  In addition, we are most concerned to make sure that  they  are
accurate.   Thus, if you should find a 'bug' or flaw of any kind, 
please let us know as soon as possible.  We shall take  immediate
steps  to  solve  any  such  problems  and shall then send you an
updated and corrected version of the program.

  Finally, since the SPPC system is in its  developmental  stage,
you are in an excellent position to recommend procedures that you
would  like  to  see or have available.  Any suggestions are most
welcome and we encourage you to send them.
