N - Used to change the name of a bank. ***040 TRANSACTION/CATEGORY CODE MENU A - Adds category to the category/budget file. Category codes should be two-positions, alpha-numeric. C - To change the description of a category/budget code. L - To delete a category. D - To display all category codes. S - To sort category/budget records into alpha-numeric sequence. When new categories are added, they are added to the end of the file. They must be sorted in order for them to come out in sequence on the category/budget displays and reports. ***050 BUDGET MENU D - Displays 12 month budget for an individual category.
