        Pick-5, Pick-6, and Pick-7 Lotto drawings.  Wheeling a set
        of numbers can help improve your odds for winning a Lotto
        jackpot, and LOTTO MAGIC WHEEL provides an easy to use
        method of specifying and playing lottery wheels.

        This program provides the player with a great deal of control
        over the number wheels.  It is HIGHLY recommended that you
        read the User's Guide COMPLETELY before running the program.
        Of course, you are free to experiment, but reading the User's
        Guide should be your first step.
