     This Shareware version of Report Manager is still, by far, the most
     powerful pure spreadsheet product on the market.  As an application
     development tool, it is being used by large corporations such as
     Ford, AMOCO, and First Chicago to develop sophisticated turn-key
     applications completely beyond the capabilities of any other
     commercially available spreadsheet.  And yet, it is extremely easy
     to use.  Among its major features are:

         o True 3-dimensions, with the ability to rotate the cube of
           data to view slices of data in other orientations.
         o True programmability with a REAL programming language that
           can exist either as ASCII files or in cells.  The language
           is easy to use for simple operations and yet provides the
           power to write large turn-key applications.
         o User-priority-- the product discontinues recalc or screen
           display if the user attempts to enter a command or move the
           cursor.  This creates blinding speed for application development.
           (For example, holding down the down-arrow key on a long sheet
           will zip the cursor down without pausing to display each new
           line of data as it enters the screen!)
         o Fully descriptive menuing system available at a touch of the
           HELP key (F1). Pressing F1 at any point produces a screen from
           which the user can directly select his next keypress without
           having to leave the HELP/menuing environment first.
         o Computed cell references and ranges.  Still the only spreadsheet
           where the bounds of a range can be computed based on the values
           of other cells (eg sum the range beginning at month 'x' and
           ending at month 'y' where 'x' and 'y' are computed; or do a sales
           tax look-up on table 'z' where the table chosen is based on a
           computation of state and product type.)
         o True date and true time math.
         o Where other spreadsheet functions operate on ranges, PS operates
           on lists. A list is any combination of ranges, cell references,
           or formulas.  This implies that all functions are fully recursive
           and can be nested to any depth.
         o Restricted calc-- only those cells which are displayed, printed,
           or saved (or referenced by such cells) are recalced even with
           calculation on.
         o The first spreadsheet that had natural recalculation order and
           sparse memory mapping.
         o Reads and writes DIF files either row-wise or column-wise.
         o Reads and writes ASCII files, non-delimited, or delimited with
           any choice of delimiters.  (Yes, READS non-delimited ASCII files.)
           When reading and writing, understands and processes dates and
           times as dates and times.
         o Extremely rich function library including trig and logarithmic
           functions, statistical functions, boolean functions, yes-no-maybe
           logic, as well as a sophisticated case function.
         o A rich set of already written EXEC programs are also provided
           for almost every conceivable financial function, including
           amortization and linear regression.
