Pairs of management categories will be presented. For each pair, 
     use the arrow keys to highlight the category that is most important 
     in your job.
     
     Twelve management categories are used. Since you will be comparing 
     each category to every other one, there are 66 pairs to compare. 
     Some choices will be difficult, but you must select an item from 
     each pair.
     
     You can review and/or revise your answers by using the F3 key (to 
     go back) and the F4 key (to go forward). When you have finished 
     your review, you can return to the next unanswered question by 
     pressing F9.
