For Generating GRAPHS:

In utilities, generation of comma-separated-value (CSV) file was
corrected. The CSV file contains the following fields:

            "SYSTEM ID"
            "CPU"
            "NPU"
            "MHz"
"SysTest PMUs" - aggregate system test on DRIVE C ONLY
"CPUTest PMUs" - aggregate CPU test
"DiskTest PMUs" - aggregate disk test on DRIVE C ONLY
            "VideoTest PMUs"- aggregate video test

Output file no longer contains leading spaces and numeric values only
contain one digit after the radix (eg. 317.2). Additionally, in CSV
file, if any of the aggregate tests was NOT run, a '*' character
precedes the title else a SPACE (' ') precedes the title.

The file I/O tests no longer display 'Insufficient Disk Space' on
large drives (MR ??).

Floppy drives now show as 360KB / 720KB (MR B011)

Fixed drives now show as integer values and drive size is within
one cylinder of size shown by "FE". (MR B011)

Corrected problem with Visual Quality Tests - mode 0 (MR B007)

Corrected problem when exitting to DOS & changing directory
        (MR B012 & MR B035)
