     METRIC-X is a   "metric to inch-pound to metric"   conversion utility,
     which uses drop-down menus & processes 179 different units of measure.

     To load it onto your hard disk, you need to copy only the MX.EXE file.
     The other files which come with the METRIC-X program, are not required
     for normal operation and are provided for your information only.   See
     the READ-ME.DOC file for some additional information about METRIC-X.

     To install METRIC-X, simply type;    INSTALL d:    (d: = Drive:\Path)

     To start METRIC-X, simply type;      MX          and then press Enter.

     After you have used METRIC-X for a trial period of 30 days, and if you
     find that you would like to continue to use it, you must register your
     copy.   (See the REGISTER.DOC file for Registration/Order information)
