Qped 2.1: The Quake Pack Editor

The Quake Pak Editor will let you open up and poke around in the .pak files that contain the game information. This version allows you to, among other things, browse Quake I or Quake II models and model textures, watch the model animations, play sounds, edit .pak files, and more. And it's all in a nice Windows interface with drag-and-drop support. All in all a great utility for the tinker among us.
