RUNNING THE DEMO When installation is complete, find the Frankenstein group created by INSTALL and double-click on the Frankenstein Demo icon. PLAYING THE DEMO Here are some important tips for playing the Frankenstein demo. You can view the menu bar by hitting the keyboard space-bar; to hide the menu bar, hit the space bar again. Exit the game by selecting FILE-EXIT from the menu bar. Change the Help Cursor setting by selecting the PREFERRENCES-HELP CURSORS option form the menu bar. You will know this option is enabled by a "check mark" next to the option. Help Cursors enable you to find important items by simply moving the pointer around the screen. When the pointer animates, you will know the item is important. Change the Interrupt Video option by selecting PREFERENCES-INTURRUPT VIDEO. With this option enabled, you will be able to fast-forward through video sequences. Change the Transitions settings by selecting TRANSITIONS menu option and choosing OFF or ON. Turning Transitions off disables smooth scrolling and dissolve effects as you move from scene to scene. This may be desirable for slower machines.
