Changes for 0.33

  draw with fore off and bound on works... 
      looks pretty cool to play this way too!

  -edit starts with menu

  getting stuck in lava fixed

  -2 not allowed with rez < 640x400

  added Copyright notice to level format.. levels will
    not load without it.  I had to do this for ugly legal
    reasons.
	
  disable network code : though it doesn't work yet, it
    does startup a file server whose security features
    have not been tested yet.

  fixed a memory bug which caused random crashes after
    loading different levels many times.

Record demo doesn't record exactly what you do

Weird things happen at the edge of the world (especially hirez)
  (too fix, use resize level to make bigger)
  
hirez/lorez savegames are not compatiable
