  Dear Fellow Entrepreneur,

You may not have noticed ADs that say "We take credit cards
or checks. Call our 800 number, etc." If you have, then you may be
wondering how they "take a check"? It's simple!

They use a computer program just like Checks On-Line... They ask
you for the information that is printed right on your check; The name
as it is shown on the check, the name and address of your bank, the
check number you are using for this transaction, and the numbers
showing on the bottom of your check in those strange shapes.

They ask you to fill-out your check just as if you are going to
mail it to them, and ask you to keep the actual check for your record
of this transaction. They will DUPLICATE it in bankdraft form, and
deposit your "check" in their account, just as if you had mailed it!

It will be processed by your bank just like any other check that
you mailed to a business. Another method is by FAX! Most business's
today have a FAX machine, so they can just "tape" their check to a
purchase order, order form, etc. and just FAX it to a business! On the
other end, they have your order form with your check information, and
will enter the information into Checks On-Line and print the bankdraft
right on their laser printer for deposit to their account. NO envelope,
  NO stamp, NO mail delays!

Just think, no more C.O.D.s either (and the fees involved!)...
And you don't need to use a credit card. Did you know that 70 million
people still don't have a credit card? But 135 million DO have checking
accounts! Or, how about the people who are close to their limit on the
cards they DO have, and wish to keep that for emergencies...

How many of us PREFER to pay by check anyway... I have
certainly found that if people have a choice, they prefer to write a
check for their purchases. it's getting to be a "cashless" society, as
  you may have noticed.

With Checks On-Line you can NOW offer your customer another
added convenience in doing business with you, instead of expecting
them to write the check, address an envelope, find a stamp, and mail
it to you. With Checks On-Line you can take advantage of "impulse"
buying while they are "hot" for your product and it is fresh in their
  mind!

Checks On-Line fills a need in many areas... accept deposits,
pre-payments, payments on account, and in fact, if you sell by
contract, Checks On-Line offers an optional module that you can use to
schedule from 1 to 12 check payments that will print-out on the
due date for you, AUTOMATICALLY! You can schedule weekly, monthly,
quarterly, or even yearly payments. And you can even pick the day of
the week or month for these payments...

You may be asking; is this legal? Yes it is. It's just
another way of doing business that is really catching on. This program
complies with the requirements of the Uniform Commercial Code, American
Banking Association, and the Federal Trade Commission. It's not a "new"
way of doing business, up to now, it's just been used by the big boys!
Now it's offered here to put YOU in their league...

All you need to use Checks On-Line to accept checks from your
customers over the telephone or FAX, is a Windows based computer, a
laser printer that can emulate a Hewlett-Packard Laser printer, AND
Checks On-Line software! Now you are ready to accept checks on line,
  telephone line that is...

The basic program sells for $189 and contains everything you need
to be up and running; complete with User Manual, AND 100 free blank
checks to get you started. It's difficult to "show" the program to you
here in this text file, but there is a way to get more information that
  you can look at!

The Home Office On-Line, National Distributors of Checks On-Line
has a FAX-On-Demand number that you can call to have more information
FAXed directly to you that will show you what checks On-Line is all
about with many actual "screen captures" of the program in action...

What is FAX-On-Demand you ask? It's just a method of RECEIVING a
FAX... but YOU call our FAX machine, either with your FAX machine or FAX
modem, listen to the voice prompts and select the document you wish to
receive. It's as simple as that!... And it's available 24 hours a
day! Call anytime... The number is 310-422-8161

  FAX-On-Demand hints:
If you call with a FAX machine, pick up and dial the number with
the handset, listen to the voice prompts and follow the instructions.
Select the documents you wish to receive, wait for the TONE. When you
here a modem screech, hang up the handset, the machines are now
  "talking" to each other..

If you only have a FAX modem, first start your FAX program to just the
point where you would 'click' on "manual receive", then dial the
number, listen to the voice prompts, and when you are ready, wait
until AFTER you hear the tone, then 'click' on manual receive. When
you hear a modem screech, hand up your handset.

That's all there is to it!... What's available to receive?

Document 00 is a single sheet list of the documents available on the
	       system.
Document 01 is an 11 page "Introduction to checks On-Line" with many
screen captured images of the running program, and how it
works. (about 10 minutes to receive)
Document 02 is an Order Form to purchase Checks On-Line. You can mail
it, or tape a check right on the form and FAX it to us!

Document 03 is an Order Form for the DEMO package of Checks On-Line
which is FULLY FUNCTIONAL so you can try out all the
features of Checks On-Line. The only limitation is the
check amount you can print; 5 bucks... It comes complete
with the software, a User's Manual AND 10 blank checks.
It is available for $25. and is shipped Priority Mail
directly to you (included in the price).

When you wish to select a document, enter the TWO digit number.
