                 The Whats, Whys, and Rules of R.I.P.Net
=========================================================================

        R.I.P.Net is a front end & QWK-based Network devoted to Science
 Fiction, Horror, Fantasy and Roleplaying Games. It is open to all ages
 and there are no adult conferences. Aliases are encouraged in the majority
 of the conferences to allow users to be able to share their thoughts and
 ideas while still remaining somewhat anonymous.

        Because this is an all-ages Network, there are rules that must be
 followed, and are outlined below.

        We hope you enjoy this Network and find it educational as well as
 entertaining.
