          {Network Application Developer's Tool Kit

If you develop software to run on a LANtastic network, or if you
are a programmer writing customized software, the LANtastic
Programmer's Interface contains all the tools essential to the
          job.

Packed on its software diskettes are assembly language and C
routines that allow you to use the facilities of the LANtastic
          Network Operating System.

Among other functions, you can test for existence of NetBIOS, the
redirector, server and the LANPUP message notification system.
It enables you to control data flowing to printers with Interrupt
2A and Interrupt 21. DOS network functions allow you to determine
the name assigned to a computer on the network and establish or
cancel redirected drives and printers. The extensive list of
LANtastic NOS system calls in the toolkit provides the methods
for logging into or out of a server, change passwords, modify
user accounts get and send messages, determine a printer's status
and assemble a list of the network's shared resources, to name a
          few.

You can develop custom network applications and add specific
          network operations to improve efficiency.
