        service, written in Folio Corporation's Infobase.  LIS provides
        the following information:

        2)   Product fixes 
        3)   LANtastic Compatibility Guide
        4)   Technical bulletins
        5)   Spec Disk Product Information

        Updated  quarterly  is  the information  regarding  1) Problem
        Reports;  2) Product fixes;  4)  Technical  bulletins  and  as
        necessary   3) LANtastic  Compatibility  Guide,  Spec Disk and
        Manuals.

        LIS indexes every word and allows instant search  for words or
        phrases to allow extremely fast retrieval of information. This
        powerful tool is used by Artisoft Technical Support to trouble
        shoot problems with Artisoft products and third party software
        and  hardware.  Save  time  and money by using LIS to discover 
        known problems, solutions, product fixes and information.

        LIS is sold on a  quarterly basis, and will be available every
        three  months  with  the  most  current  updates  through your
        Distributor.

        LIS, along  with the LANtastic 201 Training Package, will give 
        the Dealer  requesting  Training/Technical  Tools,  just about 
        everything they should need.
