An afterthought...

The INBOUND runtimes are caused by a "RENEGADE" inbound packet that decides

it's not going to be processed.  Go into your LNET/OUT directory after a

runtimed inbound, and do a dir of U*.DAT files.  The culprit is usually a 

001001.dat, but it could be something else.  Try removing it from the 

directory, and then running inbound (with an inbound packet in the incoming

files directory).
