Hi Folks!
 
This little number is for all you who want to run Barron's Realm Elite, but
can't figure out how to set it up with the new PCB 15.2 (Fido Beta).
 
It took me a week and a half to figure this out by playing around with the
settings in BRE and PCBoard.
 
Your BBS.CFG file should look something like this

John Adams
MCS
300:300/2
Z:\FIDO\ATCHS  <------  This is where your NETMAIL conference attachments go!
Z:\FIDO\OUTGOING <----  This is where your *.MSG files are stored
300
FRONTDOOR  <<-----  Other and Binkley don't work (DBridge and DBridge old???)


In PCBoard your 'Fido Directory Configuration' menu

'Dir to store *.MSG         : Z:\FIDO\OUTGOING' <-- Must match BBS.CFG line


BRE Door Batch file

@ECHO OFF
Z:
CD \doors\NETBRE
BRE INBOUND
BRE 
BRE OUTBOUND
%PCBDRIVE%
cd %PCBDIR%
BOARD


Lastly add this environment variable in your BOARD.BAT file

SET PCBFIDO=/MSG


That's all it takes, other than setting up BRE.
 
Seems so simple now...... :)
