Mouse Odometer                                        version 1.1

Mouse Odometer is a window freeware that counts your mouse's
mileage as you move it around.

To install:

   1) Unpack modm.zip
   2) Copy threed.vbx to your windows/system directory
   3) Copy modm.exe and modmdll.dll to a directory of your choice.
   4) Create an icon in program manager's startup group so that
      Mouse Odometer will run everytime you start windows.
