HorseCalc  Version 1.1
HorseCalc is a one-screen thoroughbred handicapping calculator that runs 
under Windows 3.0 or higher.  It is designed to be simple enough for the
novice handicapper; yet our experience has shown that it is more effective
than many complex systems.  HorseCalc calculates an "Overall Ability Rating"
based on only 7 data items obtained from the Daily Racing Form.  The "Help"
screens will explain the features.
This disk contains 3 files:
        VBRUN100.DLL
        HCALC.EXE
        READ.ME
You can run the program directly from this disk by entering:
        WIN B:(or A:) HCALC     at the DOS C:\> prompt. 
To install:  Copy VBRUN100.DLL and HCALC.EXE to your WINDOWS directory
(or a directory of your choice).  Then you can use the WINDOWS Setup
program (under WINDOW's Program Manager) to install HorseCalc as a 
Windows Application which can be run by clicking on its icon.
