The use of ProHelp (the "Software") indicates your understanding
and acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This license
shall supersede any verbal or written statement or agreement to the
contrary.

                      *** Copyright ***

This Software is (c) copyright 1998 by Igor Glukhov (the "Author")
and is protected by international copyright law and various
international treaties.

                      *** Liability ***

Autor try to develop software as bug-free as possible.
However, the Author cannot guarantee that this Software will run in
every environment, on any Windows compatible PC or together with
any other application without producing errors. The entire risk as
to the use of this product is assumed by the user and/or licensee.

In no event shall the Author be liable for any direct or indirect
damages, including any loss of profits or other incidental or
consequential damages, arising from any defects or the use of or
inability to use the Software, even if the Author has been advised
of the possibility of such damages.

		    *** Trial Version ***

The Author grants you a limited license to use this software
for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.
The trial version of the Software may be freely redistributed with
all supplied files in its original archive format, provided that you
verify you are distributing the trial version.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify
any part of the Software, except for the files specially intended 
for customization purposes. You may not copy the Software, except for
the single backup copy permitted hereunder. You may not use the
software components as part of another components.

You may not attempt to unlock or bypass any licensing algorithm
utilized by the Software. You may not remove or modify any copyright

    *** Usage the Licensed Software During Program Development ***

Upon registering, the Author provides this Software to you and grants
to you a non-exclusive license for usage during program development.
The following terms and conditions shall apply:
   
   * Personal license
       You have the non-exclusive right to use the Software only by
       a single person, on a single computer at a time. You may
       physically transfer the Software from one computer to another,
       provided that the Software is only installed on a single 
       computer at a time. In group projects where multiple persons
       will use the Software, you must purchase an individual license
       for each member of the group. Network deployment is only
       permitted if you have purchased licenses sufficient to cover
       the number of copies concurrently in use or included on the
       component palette of concurrently open copies of Delphi and
       C++ Builder.

   * Site License
       You have the non-exclusive right to unlimited use of the
       software inside your organization.
           
   * Back-up Copies
       You can make one copy of the Software solely for "back-up"
       purposes. The backup copy must include any copyright notices
       contained in the original.

                        *** Oher Rights ***

All other rights not specifically granted in this license are reserved
by the Author.
