First, uncompress this software into
a temporary directory. Then, run the "Setup.exe"
file to complete the installation.

**********************NOTE!!**************************
Since this product is especially designed for Visual
Basic 5 developers, the setup routine does not include
the standard VB dependency libraries (MSVBVM50.DLL,
STDOLE2.TLB,OLEAUT32.DLL,OLEPRO32.DLL,ASYCFILT.DLL,

the latest versions from Microsoft Corp.

In addition, this product is designed to be used only
on Windows NT 4.0 Server or Workstation. If you attempt
to use the control in Windows 95, the control will
generate an error message upon initialization.
**********************NOTE!!**************************

When and if you need to uninstall Event Writer, run the
uninstall program from the Add/Remove Programs area in
the Control Panel. The uninstall routine will warn you
that it cannot uninstall the "dlic0002.txt" file; don't
worry, as this is a temporary file used during installation
and removed by the installation process.
