AB Unprotected vaginal and anal sex is the most important risk behavior.
Prevention campaigns are more and more concentrated on heterosexuals
because 71% of all HIV-infections worldwide are due to heterosexual
contacts. The effects of different campaigns are discussed. The positive
effect of HIV-test on risk reduction is not clearly demonstrated an
negative effects (increased risk) after taking the test give rise to
concerns. Risk reduction is the most practicable and realistic
       prevention strategy.
