 AB    In the Mediterranean basin area, visceral leishmaniasis is an endemic
       disease caused by Leishmania donovani infantum. This study describes the
       clinical and pathological features of one patient with AIDS who had oral
       (tonsillar) leishmaniasis, caused by a viscerotropic zymodeme,
       concurrent with a Kaposi's sarcoma and with a CMV infection.
