Information File - UTZ.BAS Program - Version 1.0

This is a short program I wrote for QBASIC. It will translate your local
time into the international coordinated universal time, or UTC. Although
it's simple and can't run without QBASIC, I hope that someone will be
able to find a use for it. If you know any amateur radio operators, or
are one yourself (I am), then this program could come in handy to help
log contacts. As soon as I get my hands on a C compiler and learn it,
I plan to make this into a selfsufficient program.

You may make copies of this program on disk and distribute them to friends,
for FREE, but you MUST include this text file, unaltered, and you must NOT
alter the program. You may also upload the program to a BBS, but you MUST
follow the same rules; don't change the program, don't change the text file,
include both the text file AND the program.

If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions, feel free to e-mail
me on either The White Zone, Boston Computer Society, or Channel 1 (I'll be
there until my free trial runs out) BBS's.

Keep on cyber-truckin'!

p.s. If anyone out there knows of a cheap, easy way to get on the internet
drop me a cyber-line at one of the above BBS's.
