New Video Reveals Fast-track to Internet Know-How

Illumination Labs, a division of Evans & Clark Publishing,
from Lincoln, Nebraska, recently announced a new beginner's
    Internet guide:

Internet TV: Video Guide & PowerPak

In just under two hours, Internet TV familiarizes users with
what the Internet is, how to gain access to it, and how to use
the 'Net's most popular tools. Billed as "the fastest way to
learn the Internet," this video shows how to use these
    applications right away.

And to help users truly experience an Internet session, over
an hour of Internet TV is actual, on-line uses of Internet
applications, which reveal the "look and feel" of being on the
    Internet.

Tools covered in the on-line sessions include: email, FTP,
telnet, archie, Gopher, and newsgroups--the most wide-spread
applications on the Internet today. These tools allow users
to send messages, find and receive thousands of files and
documents, and discuss their passions with others.

Internet TV also uncovers the complexities of Internet access
and how to choose the best type for each user's situation--
whether they're a networked business looking for a full, fast
dedicated connection, or just an individual user with a computer
    and modem.

The video is only part of Internet TV, however. An
informational "PowerPak" is also included, to be used hand in
    hand with the video.

This PowerPak includes almost 200 pages of additional tips,
tools, suggestions, commands, questions and answers, proper
"netiquette" advice and additional reference information.

Want to know how to get a ton of free software? How about
skimming through classic literature on-line? Can you advertise
your wares and services on the Internet? These questions and
more are answered in the Internet TV PowerPak.

Internet TV also contains four high density IBM-compatible
disks full of additional information and software, such as:
listings and descriptions of over 5000 Internet news and
discussion groups, Hytelnet (a special software program for
locating thousands of Internet accessible libraries, BBSs,
etc.), communications software, HyperConnect (a hypertext
searchable database of Internet service providers and
    connection information), and more.

Internet TV is for any Internet newbie wanting to use the 'Net
efficiently and enjoyably, ASAP. Everything the individual
user needs to know is covered in a non-technical fashion all
in an easy-to-watch video, and at a fraction of the time it
    takes to read a book.

Illumination Labs will be offering 500 of the first copies of
Internet TV for an introductory price of $67.50 (plus shipping).
