       LOGITECH has grown its business and worldwide reputation with 
accommodating Customer Service policies.  The LOGITECH Customer Service 
group is available to assist both dealers and End Users with non-technical 
problems involving LOGITECH products, Our Return Merchandise Authorization 
(RMA) program is designed to assist dealers and end-users in  returning 
LOGITECH product for Credit (Return-to-Stock), Exchange,  or Repair.  To 
return a product through the RMA procedure, you must first call Customer 
Service for guidelines.  Customer Service is available Monday - Thursday 
8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm PST at (510)795-8100 or FAX at
(510)792-8901.

Call Customer Service to:
         * obtain information about the RMA program
         * obtain an RMA number to return LOGITECH product
         * obtain upgrade and update information
         * obtain replacement disks for faulty software
         * check the status of an order

			RMA GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES

        If product falls within the requirements of the RMA program, you 
will be given an RMA number for the returned merchandise.  This RMA number 
should be prominently displayed on the outside of the returned package and 
on the accompanying packing list. Dealers and End-Users are responsible for
packing the failed product properly for shipment, and for the charges to 
ship the failed product to LOGITECH, and LOGITECH is responsible for 
charges to ship the repaired or replacement product. If any charge is 
involved, the replacement product will be sent C.O.D.  LOGTTECH CANNOT BE 
HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGE RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.

			REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    Dealers and End Users can request a refund or exchange of LOGITECH 
product as long as it is in its original form, complete, and in an undamaged
package.  Custom, semi-custom and obsolete product cannot be returned for
credit.  Dealers are encouraged to  refund or exchange a product if the user
returns it in its original package, but the dealer is  responsible for 
checking the contents of the package before accepting the product.  Product 
that has been modified without Logitech's consent or if failure is the 
result of misuse, abuse  or misaapplication, Logitech has no obligation to 
repair or replace the failed product.  End Users have a 30 days money-back 
guarantee, Dealers have 90 days.  This guarantee is subject  to LOGITECH's 
approval.  End Users who purchase product from outside sales channels
must collect refunds from the original point of purchase.

    LOGITECH will not accept product returns on merchandise purchased
beyond the 90 day time frame stated above without formal approval from the
Customer Service Manager. Dealers who do wish to return current product 
purchased beyond 90 days will be subject to a re-stocking fee equal to 10% 
of the amount of goods being returned  Under no circumstances will LOGITECH
accept the return of obsolete product, that is product which is no longer 
manufactured or sold by LOGITECH.
