WINDOWS PRODUCT MANAGER FOR ACCESSIBILITY
Primary responsibility is to develop and manage the 
marketing programs to address and educate people about the 
Accessibility features of Windows for individuals with 
disabilities.  This includes promoting features currently 
available in Windows 95 as well as  identifying new 
marketing programs, defining customer and market 
requirements and formulating short and long term market 
development for next generation Windows users.
Qualifications should include a minimum of 3 years business 
experience with a minimum of 2 years product management 
experience, having designed and implemented a successful 
product launch.  Direct experience with accessibility issues 
surrounding software is preferred.  Demonstrated analytical, 
research and financial analysis skills and an ability to 
develop new business models is essential.  A BS/BA followed 
by an MBA degree is preferred. 

WINDOWS DEVELOPMENT LEAD FOR ACCESSIBILITY
Primary responsibilities include leading a team of 
developers to design and implement the accessibility 
features of Windows for individuals with disabilities.  This 
includes features for individuals who are blind or have 
limited vision, individuals with limited dexterity or motion 
impairments, individuals who are deaf or have limited 
hearing.
Qualifications should include a minimum of 3 years of 
commercial software development experience in Windows 
culminating in the successful delivery of an end-user 
application.  Demonstrated experience in leading a team 
through a full development cycle preferred.  Experience with 
current accessibility technology for graphical user 
interfaces is highly desired.  A BA/BS degree in Computer 
Science or related field preferred.

SOFTWARE DESIGN ENGINEER IN TEST
Primary responsibilities include designing, implementing and 
executing API level tests for Microsoft's next-generation of 
accessibility features for Windows.  This includes reviewing 
design specifications and program (test) design; programming 
in C/C++; and source level debugging.  Qualifications should 
include a minimum of one year experience in testing, 
development, or support.  Demonstrated knowledge of C/C++ 
coding and strong problem solving skills.  Experience with 
current accessibility technology for graphical user 
interfaces is highly desired.
