The International Genealogy Association Network (IGA_Net<tm>) is
pleased to announce that cost-sharing for satellite downlinks has been
eliminated. There are no charges now associated with participating in
this worldwide genealogy-only network.

IGA_Net<tm> now has more than 50 echomail echoes and about two dozen
file echoes. Echomail volume currently approximates one megabyte per
week. The IGA_Net<tm> now spans North America, South America, Europe,
and Australia; with a total of near 500 nodes.

If you want to develop a core of serious users on your BBS, carrying
genealogy will assist in a measurable way.

In order to join, just obtain an information packet and return the
membership application to 1:147/109. The information packet is
uploaded once weekly to the satellite (IGAMAIL.ZIF) in Area 18, or
it may be FREQ'ed (IGA-INFO.Z02) from 1:147/109. IGAMAIL packets
arrive in the satellite downstream in Area 18--just turn that on.
The mail packets are security coded, so you will need a password to
unpack them. You will receive that password immediately upon
acceptance as a member of IGA_Net<tm>.

Here's a cordial invitation to each and all of you to join with us as
we support genealogical research.
