You can use NW.SET with Noteworthy and Vocal-Eyes 3.0. There are
two ways you can
activate this .SET file.

1) You could pop up Noteworthy with the CTRL-ALT-N command.
Then popup Vocal-Eyes' Voice Control Panel and use the load
options to load NW.SET. After you pop out of Noteworthy, you
could then go through the same procedure to reload the correct
.SET file for the current applications program.

2) If you are using version 1.3 or greater of Noteworthy, you
can have Vocal-Eyes automatically load the correct .SET file
while it is popped up and switch back to the original .SET file
when popped down.

We are sure you will prefer to use the second method. Therefore,
the following will assume you are using this method.

First, you must allocate the .SET buffer in Vocal-Eyes to hold
NW.SET. Execute the following command the first time Vocal-Eyes
is loaded:

                             VE /!F1

This will allocate a .SET buffer. If you wish more, simply
replace the current number of 1 with the number you wish. Then,
load your applications .SET file in the "zeroth" buffer area and
NW.SET in the number 1 area. You could issue the following
command to load both .SET files:

                         VE /F0APP /F1NW

We used APP.SET for our current applications .SET file. Simply
replace this with your actual file name. Now, when you load
Noteworthy the first time, issue the following command:

                             NW /!V1

This will tell Noteworthy you are using Vocal-Eyes and the NW.SET
file is in RAM1. This way, when you popup Noteworthy, it will
inform Vocal-Eyes to swap the current .SET file with RAM1. This
will make NW.SET active and save the current in RAM1. When you
pop out, Noteworthy will once again inform Vocal-Eyes to swap the
current .SET file with RAM1. This will restore your settings to
what they were prior to popping up Noteworthy. What could be
easier?

All of the Noteworthy keys will work as the manual describes.
Also, you can use ALT-R to read to the end of the document. This
is Vocal-Eyes' Read To End hot key.

Just remember, you must have NW.SET loaded into one of
Vocal-Eyes' RAM locations and you must inform Noteworthy which
RAM location you have placed the .SET file in. Noteworthy and
Vocal-Eyes will handle the rest.
