To whom it may concern:
You will find on this disk three files, wordstar.cfg, wordstar.dct,

and the file your reading, readme.now.
the wordstar.cfg consist of ten smart zones that will give
you the spoken text that is required to use Wordstar
efficiently.

First, Keys to remember!
Alt Insert, reads line one (status line).

three. After the string is located it reads window #7. You
can read this help menu again by pressing your right and eft
Shift keys together or by pressing Alt 7.

line 12 when you execute the Spell checker or the thesaurus
for the first time. After triggering, the zone then reads
window 2. You can then read your choices once again by
pressing Alt 2.

Smart zone #4, reads line 25 when you run a dos function.
It triggers on the string, Press on line 25 then reads the
zone.

Smart zone #5, also reads Help menus that begin on line 8.
It triggers on graphic character 177 (shade 2) and then
reads the defined zone. This zone can be eliminated, if you
choose, for another because it is seldom triggered.

Smart zone #6, this zone reads a pop up menu for changing
the Wordstar Help Mode. The zone looks for the string,
graphic character (201 Horizontal top left corner). You can
read this menu again by pressing Alt Apostrophe, (pop
tracks).

ween column 37 to column 50.

Smart zone #9, reads pop trax or any menus that also show up
in a pop up box. This information is generally error mes
sages by Wordstar. You can read these messages once again
by pressing, Alt Apostrophe (pop trax)

Smart zone #10, tracks line 2 for any color changes. The
zone triggers in the main menu only after you press your
right or left arrow keys. Without this zone set, you would
not know what selection you have moved to, such as, Speed
write, Other index etc.. Cursor tracking in BV follows the
up and down arrows just fine. Note: whenever you cursor
through a current directory listing, turn on bar tracking
and BV will follow great. .

The wordstar.dic file is a dictionary that will read a few
graphic characters, such as, Shade 2, Horizontal top right
corner, and the diamond. It will also pronounce WordStar
correctly.

Note:
This configuration was designed for WordStar 6.0, on a 286computer
with a monographics card. You may have to change the color
slections in this configuration to meet your own screen color
specifications.
