This automated technical support allows you to retrieve up to date information on upgrade reports, installation tips, product information, etc., via fax machine 24 hours a day. Here's how to use it. 1. You can call from a regular touch-tone phone or a fax machine. If you do not call from a fax machine you will be prompted to enter the phone number of the fax machine where your fax should be sent. 2. Dial 1-8---NETWARE, press the star (*) key during the recorded message. This will transfer you to the fax system. 3. Follow the prompts.
