learn how to use CacheAll(TM) and CUtil(TM) please refer to the

   - The file 'MANUAL.TXT' is an abbreviated version of the complete
     CacheAll(TM) manual.
   - To obtain a printed copy of this manual simply use DOS's PRINT
     function to print 'MANUAL.TXT' to your favorite printer.
