The user's guide (CDN.DOC) is a plain ASCII text file with embedded form
feeds.  You can either view it with your favorite editor or word processor,
or send it to your printer like this:

    copy cdn.doc prn

CDN.DOC is formatted to produce 58 lines / page and is a total of 11 pages.
