Important notice to users updating TSERVE to version 2.2 from earlier\ 
versions (2.x) :
     The size of TSPARMS.DAT, the file holding the transmission param-
eters, has changed. As a result an IO error will stop the load if you try
to run TSERVE with the old file, and the session will proceed with default
values.

You must :     1) Delete the old TSPARMS.DAT
               2) Redefine the parameters for the correct time zone,
                  phone number, etc. by pressing any key immediately
                  after TSERVE starts.
