ABSTRACT:

The MacNDS client ships with NetWare 4.10 to allow authenication
to NetWare Directory Services. This file is provided for 4.10
customers who do not want the Macintosh name space added to the
sys volume.

SYMPTOM:

The install of NetWare 4.10 requires adding Macintosh name space
to volume sys in order to put the mac MacNDS.SEA file on the
server as a Macintosh executable.  If the mac name space is not
added to volume sys the file is not installed or it is corrupted
by losing the Macintosh resource fork.

SOLUTION: 

Install the client included in this file.

Installation Instructions:

Instructions for extracting the Macintosh binary files:

 1. Copy the dos executable file MACNDS.EXE to a NetWare volume
with Macintosh name space support.

 2. Execute the file from a DOS workstation to self extract to
the Macintosh binary self extracting archive. (Type "MACNDS" at
the DOS prompt.)

 3. Execute the Macintosh self extracting archive from a
Macintosh workstation. (Double click on the MACNDS.SEA icon from
a Macintosh client to expand it.)
