Micronix 386/20 ELS I v2.12 Fixed GPI

A customer called in to report a solution:  When he booted dedicated ELS I 
v2.12 on a Micronix 386/20, it would GPI.  He replaced his Phoenix BIOS 
v1.1003 with v1.1010 and it works like a charm!
