GENERAL INFORMATION  :  There is a problem using the WHOAMI and the SETTTS 
utilities where they will reset castoff to caston.  This problem has been 
reported to engineering and, in fact, has been fixed for the 3.1 release.  
The fix, therefore, will be an upgrade to 3.1.
