FYI #052890sg An abnormality has been discovered on NetWare Access 1.01. Our production Access Server running here in Sunnyvale would infrequently appear to be hung. What actually was happening was the keyboard BIOS was in disarray and hence the keyboard was hung. In this state, remote users could still call in and start sessions, but the console operator at the Access Server could not perform any management functions. To correct the problem all we had to do was unplug and then plug back in the keyboard. To date I have only seen this problem occur on the infamous Novell 386A. Please respond if you have seen this condition occur on any other 386 machine. Steve Goodman - Marketing, Sunnyvale
