Question:

I have a client who is using SIDEWAYS-a printing program?-that
doesn't seem to work with 386 NW.  Anybody out there know of
anyone running it successfully or of a simular program that does
work with 386 NetWare?

Answer:

I called & suggested they try the /NT parameter
in the capture command-they already had been using it without
success-also tried selecting "byte stream" which worked better
then "text" but still wasn't working correctly.

They called today with a work around for the problem - it seems the
LPT port off the AST RamPage Plus card is slower(?) than the LPT
off the 386 server(386AE). They swapped the printer printing the
sideways job to the 386AE's LPT port & it works fine.  They never
had this problem running under 286-2.15C.
