Question:

How do you configure a mirrored server so that there is a cold
boot loader on both drives?  In other words, can a mirrored
system be configued so it will boot off the mirror after the
primary fails?


Answer:

I have never been able to boot off of a mirrored drive after my
primary has failed.  I have always had to boot off of floppy
(NET$OS) to get the system up.  If I remember correctly even after I
re-mirrored the drives I often had to re-install the cold boot
loaders.

I do not know if this is the norm but it is what I have
experienced.
