PROBLEM:       Ventura Desktop publishing hangs when running 386 To The     
               Max Expanded memory driver and EMSNET3.  (VENTURA works
               great with NET 3 and 386 To the Max.) 
  
SOLUTION:      The exact cause was not found, so a work-around was to
               reserve some extended memory with 386 To The MAX and run
               XMSNET3.
