PROBLEM:       XCOPY returns an error of "Pathname not found" under the
               following conditions: 
 
               1.   DOS 4.0 
               2.   Window 3.0 386 enhanced mode (other modes do not have
                    the problem) 
               3.   Running XMSNET4 v3.01b (NET4 DOESN'T HAVE THE PROBLEM) 
  
SOLUTION:      Upgrade the XMS shell to v3.01e found on NetWire under
               SH301E.ZIP file.
