     Copy these files to a floppy disk and run INSTALL from the
floppy.  You will be asked where you want to place the installed
version of dBFX and prompted through the remainder of the
installation process.

     If you like dBFX and would like to continue to use it,
please register it as described in DBFX.DOC or use the simple
order form in DBFX.ORD.  Feel free to pass this software to your
friends and business associates, but PLEASE distribute it ONLY in
its DBFX.ZIP form to ensure that no files are omitted or
corrupted.
