Version 1.1.

Version information added. Starts at Version 1.1. Version displayed
when no command line parameters used.

ERRORLEVEL set to 0 if invalid usage or no command line parameters.
ERRORLEVEL set to 1 if invalid shell version.
ERRORLEVEL set to error # if error during maproot occurs.
	valid errors include:
		3 - Path not found.
		others - unknown at this time.

Errors for known error messages printed instead of the error number.
