This is WinBiff 2.0a, a Windows mail notification utility for 
UUPC/extended, Waffle, Mini-Host, FSUUCP, Pegasus Mail, FirstMail, 
Novell MHS, or PC-NFS.  WinBiff requires Windows 3.1.

Besides this file, there are three files in the distribution:  The  
executable WINBIFF.EXE, the Windows Help file WINBIFF.HLP, and the 
documentation file, WINBIFF.WRI (in Windows Write format).
